Note that we may ask for a deposit for some kinds of event.
Hire Times & Room Hire Rates per hour
Monday to Thursday: 9 am to 9.30 pm
Friday and Saturday: 9 am to midnight
Sunday 9 am to 11 pm

Residents of St Werburghs, Easton, St Pauls and St Agnes receive a discount for private parties - birthdays, weddings, children parties, funerals or baby blessings. If the Party takes place on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday the rate for hiring the Hall is £20 per hour and for the Kitchen, Room 5, Room 7 and Room 8 is £10 per hour.
Staffed Bar
There is a flat fee of £20 for a staffed bar for your event. Please contact the Centre for more information.
Cleaning/Large Group charge
There is an additional charge of £25 for cleaning should your event involve more than fifty people.

Community and Voluntary groups may be eligible for the reduced rates listed above only if they become members. Membership categories based on yearly income are outline below:
- A upto £2,500 = £15
- B £2,500 - £5,000 = £20
- C £5,000 - £10,000 = £25
- D £10,000 £20,000 = £30
- E £20,000 - £40,000 = £35
- F over £40,000 = £50
Extras
- Stage: £15 (16ft x 8ft and 15 inches tall)
- Vocal PA: £10 (for meetings & conferences only - not a music PA)
- Projector: £25 (600 x 800)
- TV and Video: £3
- Flipchart stand: £2.50 & £7.50 to include pens and paper
- Photcopying: 10p per side of A4 / 15 per side of A3
- Fax: 25p per page
